SHIP/DELIVERY DATES
Leaf orders ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. That means packages may be delivered Tuesday through Friday, depending on the shipping method chosen. If you need your order by a specific date please note that in the box above and we will we will make every effort to meet your needs. Be sure to include your daytime phone number in your order so that we may contact you should a question arise.
There are absolutely no Monday deliveries. Packages held in transit over the weekend often go through severe temperature changes resulting in damage to the product. If you need your leaves on Monday, we recommend that you request to receive them by the preceding Friday and hold them in an air-conditioned area until used. If no date is specified, the order will ship at the first available opportunity.ADVANCE NOTICEMost of our mango leaves are bound for a special occasion. To ensure timely delivery to your special event we recommend ordering 1 to 2 weeks in advance in most cases, although orders may be placed up to six weeks in advance.In any case, please allow at least one business day to process the order. Orders placed on Wednesdays or later will ship the following week. INCLEMENT WEATHER CONDITIONSOccasionally we are unable to accommodate even prearranged orders due to thunderstorms or other extreme tropical weather. We cannot be responsible for these natural occurrences. If this happens we will contact you to let you know and to see if you would prefer to cancel the order or receive it as soon as possible.
